Access
Your Network Drives From Home
Information Technology
is now offering a way for faculty, staff, and students to securely access
their network drives anywhere on campus and from home, using your web
browser!
Requirements:
- Microsoft Internet
Explorer Version 5 or above or Netscape Navigator version 6 or above
- A connection
to the Internet

General Information
- Reminder: Use your Olivet Netware username & password to log in and access your network drives
(H:\, I:\,etc )
- Please note that files of noticeable size will not always upload and download as quickly off-campus.
- Please remember that NetStorage does not support uploading or downloading multiple files directly from the page.
Accessing NetStorage:
- After you click the link, you'll see a screen like this:

- Click yes and you will be prompted
to enter your ONU Netware username & password - do so & click on OK
- You will then see a screen like this:

Using
Your Web Folders
- Once you have logged
in, you can navigate to your files by double-clicking on the folders.
- To Download
a file:
- Left-click
once on the filename to highlight it
- Move the pointer
over the File menu
- Left-click
on Download
- Follow the prompts to save the file on your local computer
- Edit the file in the appropriate application (e.g., MS Word or
Excel)
- To Upload
a file:
- Move the pointer
over the File menu
- Left-click
on Upload
- Follow the prompts to select the file on your local computer
- Left-click on the Upload button
- If you do not like the default, more graphical, interface, you can
click on the Text View link, and you will be able to
navigate your directories using a plainer, single-click, web link-like
interface.
